Labor was the hardest thing I have ever done, even with an epidural!

For anyone wondering what labor feels like...

it's like trying to shit out a sword while having the most intense period cramps & diarrhea cramps you've ever had.... which sounds scary & honestly I was terrified but you just gotta push & not give a shit if you shit!!

That's my advice 😂

Women are unstoppable & tough as hell.
