Constipation is real with this one !!
So I’m 10 weeks tomorrow and I have been seriously constipated for days! I haven’t gone in probably 3-4 days. I’m wondering if any of you ladies have experienced this and what did you do to help you go? Any recommendations on otc meds or anything like that??
