How do you store the mikk when going out?

How do you do when you have a day outside? How do you store the milk to make sure it wont spoil during the day. I know it last around 4 hours at room temperature but how do you do if you are going out longer than that? 
Or do you take in cooler?(freeze or just fridge cold) how do you heat it?

I exclusively pumped and if I was out i would pump then feed that to my daughter at her next feeding, I would also use a cooler bag with an ice pack which is good for 24 hours, but any milk I pumped while out would be used by the end of the day. My daughter always drank her bottles at room temperature, if I was out and I had cooler milk and knew she would be getting hungry soonish I would stick her bottle in my bra or between my legs for a while and use my body heat to take the chill off, if she was really hungry she didn’t care. You could also boil water and keep it in a good travel mug and use that to warm the bottle.

I will typically make baby next bottle and then put the rest of the milk in a cooler if I’m going to be out for longer than a few hours. If it’s a half day outing I’ll take like a lunch box with ice packs to keep cold. I do the same for using “fridge hack” while out of the house with my pump parts.
