Can I add water to my 1 year olds cow milk?

Trying to cut back on her milk intake a bit. Need to up her water intake too. Is it ok to mix some water in with her milk? It’s just cow milk. She is definitely drinking enough milk as is, a little too much so we are cutting back a bit

My daughter gets cow's milk at lunch, less than a cup. And almond milk at dinner. She has yogurt and cheese whenever through the day. We had to cut back as well. She had bleeding when she pooped so we are checking again for allergies
