Hi everyone- I got my BFP 9 days ago. Unfortunately I only got to carry that sweet baby for 7 days before I started bleeding. I went to the doctor today and I’ve had cramping and heavy bleeding, and she said my cervix was slightly open. We are doing HCG level repeat on Monday but my doctor is confident this is a miscarriage.

I had a miscarriage before, closer to 7 weeks, and my doctor advised me to wait 3 months before trying. This time my doctor told me I can try again as soon as bleeding stops and I’m ready. After my previous loss, I got my beautiful rainbow, a baby girl who is now 18 months. Hoping for a rainbow again next pregnancy.

My question is - how did you track ovulation? And fertile window? I hear of people getting pregnant without a period between but I’m curious how long until you ovulate? I will be taking OPK’s but by the time you get a positive you’ve missed a lot of the fertile window.
