Acid reflux & heart palpations
This is the second time in about a year thar this has happened to me. I’m getting heart palpations episodes where it feels like my heart is skipping a beat when I lay down or bend over. Last time it happened for a while then it stopped. I’m assuming it’s from GERD because I have a lot of acid that builds in my chest. Just wanting to know any remedies or anyone who has experience the same so I can calm down. I have bad manic anxiety
