I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks with a healthy heartbeat of 160.

Woke up this morning, 9w3d, to a drop of brown blood when I wiped.

Doesn’t seem to be any more, I even stuck a q-tip in my vagina 🙈 and there was no blood on it.

Haven’t had sex in a month.

No cramping either aside from those that come with being severely constipated. That being said, I haven’t tried to go to the bathroom or strained in a day or two.

What could this be? I had spotting for one day at 6w5d (no idea why) and none since, but naturally I’m panicked.
