How does one lose weight and not have loose skin and saggy boobies?
Okay yall, I’m tryna loose weight and I’m 17 and have double Ds. I don’t want them to get saggy and I don’t want to have loose skin ): it’s a big fear. Do you guys have any advice if I do/ how to prevent it?? I need to loose 30 lbs to be at my recommended weight. Is that enough to get loose skin?
