Advice needed

So I finished a period around the 19th/20th but it was a very weird period for myself,
I had a feeling that I needed to take a pregnancy test this morning (no idea why) and these were the results (below)
Do I take this as a false positive?
My mom and Nan had periods all the way through there pregnancies so I don’t know if I’m the same ?
