Please help me ladies!

So I got my bfp last Thursday and then took 2 more tests and they where positive as well. This morning I went to go pee and I had pink/red blood. Not alot but enough to worry me.im just really confused. Can someone tell me if they bled and if it got heavy or stayed light and they still had a healthy pregnancy?
