Tips for a congested baby?

My five week old is always congested no matter how much snot sucking I do I have tried the regular bulb & the nose frida  I barely get anything out & he still sounds so uncomfortable the doctor says it’s normal but it seems like he’s struggling to breathe especially when he has his pacifier

My baby was sick all the time. Saline spray, not the drops. Nose frida. Humidifier.  Lots of time in the bathroom with the shower turned on to steam up the room.

Saline nasal spray helped a bit here...then hopefully baby sneezes a load out! And olbas oil (peppermint, eucalyptus etc) on the corner of his crib sheet (away from where he can potentially rub his hands in it)
