Ovulation

Hi there. My period and ovulation dates have been so regular for so long and since TTC things have changed slightly. My dates for ovulation were pushed back 4 days this month. What does that mean? I’ve been using ovulation tests as the app isn’t always accurate.

I have had mild cramps for a few weeks coming and going and I’ve been extremely tired. I’ve done 3 tests all negative 😢 ( 11 dpo) my period still hasn’t arrived ( due yesterday) but if my ovulation was a few days late this month does that mean my period will be due later then normal?

I’m so confused on why by body is all of a sudden changing. Please help me!!
