Clean organic tampon brand suggestions?

I just pulled my Kotex tampon out of my vagina to find a piece of plastic sitting at the end of it 🤢 (picture attached). does anyone have any suggestions for clean/organic tampons that aren’t totally uncomfortable? Please and thank you 😭

I loved using Lola as it’s subscription based and you choose how many light, medium, heavy, super heavy you want in each box. You can add pantyliners and pads of different types to your subscription. I was very happy with the service while I used it because I never had to worry about buying them in person or running out. The most important part was that they used all organic non-bleached materials.

I use o.b. Tampons. There is no applicator but they work great and are low waste.
