Prenatal vitamins do not help you get pregnant. It is however recommended, and you should be, starting a prenatal vitamin at least 3 months prior to TTC, during TTC, throughout your pregnancy, and even after. They help prepare your body for pregnancy.

I have read articles that say the inositol and vitex can be very helpful in regulating your hormones, which in turn would increase the possibility of conception. Good luck!! ✨
