C Section Incision turning Pink

I'm 2 weeks pp and my c section incision is turning pink in the corner. My doctor said it should resolve itself, but so far 1 week later it hasn't. It leaks a small amount of fluid by the end of the day, but it isn't a bother at all (no additional pain in that particular spot). I have a mother's apron (hanging belly) that has made it difficult to keep dry but I've been using medical-grade cloth that has helped. Any thoughts on what to do?
