Is Panda Express safe while pregnant?

My husband brought me some on his way home from work & it was great. but now i’m worried about potential food poisoning. All i had was chow mein & their veggie rolls but i noticed these clear worm looking things in the veggie rolls, i’m sure it’s just some kind of veggie but i just get so paranoid. anything about this meal to be worried about? I don’t ever eat fast food while pregnant, just this one time so i’m worried.
