No period or ovulation still since my mc, what's going on?!

Completely negative pregnancy test for the last weeks now and still having no positive ovulation tests or any signs that a period is coming. It's been a little over 3 weeks since my d&c, which I know a lot of women don't have a period for 5 weeks or more but they usually also have a positive pregnancy test to go along with it. I know if you have hcg still you won't have one but I don't have any hcg now and still no ov or period. Does anyone know why this is?

Just had my D&C this week and doctor said it could be up to three months before cycle returns to normal. Happens earlier for a lot of people, but no need to worry until then.

I miscarried naturally 8/4/2021 and i didn’t have my next period 10/13/2021. This is my first cycle TTC since. I was worried but I had an ultrasounds the day of & my OB said it’s normal especially if your cycles were irregular before. Don’t stress. He told me 6-8 weeks & I was 10 weeks to the day. Once you’re at we 6/8 I’d call & OB just to be safe. I didn’t even have to go in I just talked to his nurse. Good luck

I had a miscarriage in early May and got my “period” very late in June, I missed a whole cycle in July and have just now been able to the last 2 cycles track ovulation. The waiting game for things to return to normal sucks so bad, I wish you nothing but good luck! (Oh and my Nurse Midwife told me that it can take up to 6 months for things to fall back into place and get regulated again)
