Going to try temping next cycle. Need advice

Emily • Thu, Oct 28 • I`m 38 TTC#1. I have 3 cysts on my left ovary, a blocked left tube (hydrosalpinx), a blocked right tube and polops on my uterus. Starting round 1 of ivf in Feb/March 2022.

I have no idea how to do this. Can anyone explain or give me advice. I have a bbt but I've never used it before. When do I start? When do I temp? What do the Temps mean? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!
