Hi ladies!

I could really use some help figuring out what this problem might be and if I should maybe see a doctor.

I noticed last night that I was feeling some discomfort around my vulva near the top and was touching it some when I was half asleep. I thought at first that it was maybe an ingrown hair, but when I was showering this evening I took a closer look and saw that the lip of one of my inner labia near my clitoris was red and swollen and also some of the clitoral hood on the same side. The rest of my vagina looks fine though and I don’t think it smells weird. For more information, here’s where on the diagram:

For some more context, I started seeing someone new in the past month and he gave me oral sex without any kind of barrier exactly a week ago. Besides that, I haven’t had any sexual activity within the past 2 months and got tested for major STDs about two months ago. Also, I’m currently on my period but just because of being crazy busy I didn’t shower for like 2 days, so maybe it’s a yeast infection?

Any thoughts on what this might be would be appreciated!
