My daughter is 13 and came home from school in tears. She has autism. She said she wasn't invited to a sleepover that every girl in her choir was invited to. I tried to explain that sometimes these things happen and it's okay to be sad but she said the girl told her "I don't fuck with Asians" and all the girls laughed! She apparently has had issues with the girls making squinty eyes at her. We are Chinese-American. This hurts my heart for her. It's one thing to just not invite someone because you're not friends. It another to tell her it's because she's Asian
