I am tapped out
I am exhausted. She is 5 months old. We went through sleep regression at 4 months and started getting teeth at the end of 4 months. I am exhausted. She fights ALL of her sleep now.
She hits me, screams, bites me, and I am overstimulated from it all. I am with her ALL day and I work from home.
I am struggling to find joy in motherhood again.
I can’t escape because if I do I return to her screaming and my husband frustrated that he can’t soothe her.
