Exposure to secondhand smoke

Hi all,

I went out to dinner with some friends and we went to a bar afterwards.

But we ended up in a section where there were people smoking and vaping and the smell was quite strong.

I felt uncomfortable being there the whole time but another friend is pregnant and didn’t seem bothered so I thought I shouldn’t over think it!

But now I’m stressing about it! Obviously I won’t be putting myself in that situation again but I’m hoping for some reassurance that it’ll be ok being exposed for about an hour or so? Haven’t been around any other smoking to date and don’t plan to again!

I’m about 16 weeks now, already have mum guilt!
