Usually they say however long you’ve been on it is sometimes how long it can take to go back to normal. But every one is different so it’s tough to say some can be back to normal within months some longer
Is This Normal??
So i had my last depo shot April 21st. Its been over 3 months since it should have been out of my system. Still no period. But ive had random spotting now and then for the last few weeks. Is this normal? Is it a sign my period is coming back? I took a pregnancy test and it was negative so its not that. Idk whats happening. Should i go to the doctor or ob?

Yeah I was on and off of it for 6ish years every two years I would try a different birth control but it was hard to find one that worked well for me

Oh dang I hope thats not true because I was on the depo shot for a little over 6 years 😵
My doctor said they usually tell people to expect 3-12 months but yes everyone is different.
I dont think ill ever go back on the depo shot, I didn't realize how bad it was messing up my body in so many ways.
I took the depo all of 3 times in my life and it messed me up 😐 like made me gain 60 pounds…hormones were so terrible. And don’t get me started on the acne and other problems I prob still don’t know about 😒 birth control is the devilllllll I’m convinced and I never ever tried it again. My periods however went back to normal in those next 6 months
