Here we go again.

Well, here we go again. Think its cycle 10 here, Cycle 25 on kindara app! 😒 I got a doctors appointment on Nov 4th! 🙄 We have two kids since before who are aged 10 and 14. The third one doesnt seem to want to come. 😔 I have a pretty normal cycle and ovulate basicaly same day each month. We have tried everything. Home insimination, keeping legs up after sex, keeping in a fertility cup to keep the sperm in there, conceive plus lub, pree seed lub, sedum rosea, Vitex agnus-castus... I take my vitamins every day. I have watery CM as usual whenever opk is positive. I check bbt same time every morning. My hubbys sperm are fine. I dont know what to do anymore. Theres nothing wrong with timing cos we have sex every month whenever opk are positive, before during and after. But still nothing.... The only problem i know i have is pms every month, the week before AF. With bad mood, cramps etc. Its frustrating and im getting really tired of this, i really wanted a third baby!!! I dont know whats wrong with me 🥺 Any suggestions on what to try next?
