Needing advice

I am currently pregnsnt with our second kiddo and I am so stressed out with everything. We have gotten bad news after bad news with this baby and I know my mental state is not the best at the moment from everything that has been happening. I am always on edge with everything. My husband is the same way but trying to hold it together more for me. It's not fair to him and it's not fair to our other kid because he has no idea what's going on. I can express myself to my husband and I do tell him when I'm not okay, but I'm just getting exhausted of being stressed and having it start affecting my relationship. Any ideas on how to get back on track or at least try to get in a better mindset. I truly feel bad for my husband, I've just never been so stressed in my life.
