Can someone explain, I’m so confused!
Can anyone explain to me or help me understand CALORIE DEFICIT?
I calculated my BMR and it came to be 1,158. So from what I read, that’s how much my body burns doing nothing. So if I wanted to lose weight it said to subtract 500 from that and the number I got was 658. So that’s how many calories I have to consume to lose weight?! I’m not understanding.

Update: I read another article and it said to take how much you burn (BMR) and minus that from your tdee which my tdee was 1827 and the answer your get is your calorie deficit which came out to be 669. What do I do with that number? Is that how much I need to burn? Eat? I don’t get it. 😭
