My baby

My due date was 20th October that day I had a sweep and was told to come following week if no baby. Around 5am on the 21st October I was woken by pressure at the bottom of my back and slight belly pains, they were bearable for a while up until around 7am. That time I was bouncing on the birthing ball, my husband told me to call hospital but I put it off as I was waiting for the kids to get up so I could them ready for school, but come 7:15ish I was so uncomfortable so I called the hospital that told me to go in, I got there at 7:50 and called my husband and told him to come up when he’s dropped kids to school (8:30). I was checked and I was 8cm but the contractions were coming so fast straight after the last, I was rushed to delivery at around 8:15/8:20 so I called my mom to come as she works in the hospital, she came to my room and soon as I got on the bed my water broke, then around 6 midwives/doctors came rushing in and my legs were pushed right back as baby had shoulder dystocia ( this is the 3rd time it’s happened out of 6 of my kids) and she was born at 8:24.

My little lady Boudica was born 08:24 on the 21st October 2021 weighing 8lbs 12oz
