Too many irons in the fire?

I'm thinking of starting my own accounting business; I've got experience running my own company, I'm almost finished my accounting diploma, and I've already got two clients asking for my services. I feel confident I could do a good job, but I wanted my life to be a bit more settled before I went back to work and started my company up.

I'm a full time mom to a 2yo and a 8mo, and my husband is gone for half of each month, with the closest family for support being 14 hours away. We're currently building a house ourselves and hoping it will be livable to move into next month. I'm stretched pretty thin looking after everyone and everything on my own while doing school and temporarily living in an RV trailer, but I don't want to miss out on a great opportunity.

Would you wait or go for it?
