I want to have sex to help induce labor but how are you ladies doing it?! I don’t even want to think about it with how uncomfortable I’m feeling!

The prostaglandins in seman will soften the cervix and all the oxytocin hormones from having sex and feeling close to your partner even without you having an orgasm will help too. If you do orgasm that further increases the oxytocin and triggers contractions but is not needed. It's pretty hard to feel in the mood right now I know. 😕

We have been doing it side ways lmfaooo ! We use to do doggy but my partner says it’s kinda hard because he can’t grip my hips without feeling the baby bump ! And that freaks him out . I’ve made it a point to do it once a day until our induction on the 12th .

I personally love being on top right now and doggy style but laying on our left side…if he’s on top…we gotta have tons on pillows and it needs to go fast cus then I get uncomfortable. 
But I still gotta get it in at least 2 times a week cus then I get moody 🤣🤣 so does he!

Sex isn’t very sexy right now, for sure. 😂😂 Whats working for us is doggy style with a mountain of pillows, a bunch of lube, and a handheld little guy (egg style vibrator) for my pleasure. 🤷‍♀️ It’s awkward... slow... and kinda hilarious. But still does the job! :)

i had an appointment 2 weeks ago and i was 0cm me, sunday morning i woke up to consistent pressure on my vagina a couple hours later me and my boyfriend had sex and i instantly started having contractions, went to the hospital & i was 3 cm dilated. 37 weeks & 4 days.

I get on top and turn all the lights off 🤣 I mean PITCH BLACK. I like being on top cause of course I have more control over the intensity and how deep/hard he can go. If I start cramping, we slow down or change positions. Usually to laying on our side or doggy style lol
