Block duct, no sure what to do

So I'm 3.5months pp and have my second blocked duct. First time it happened I massaged it, took hot shower and it cleared up. This time I got a little fever, chills, night sweats and massive headaches along with the sore painful breast.

I put hot compresses, hot shower, massage, the whole nine yards. It has gotten better. All my other symptoms disappeared except my breast is still kinda sore and I'm barely getting any milk from it. It was already my weaker producer... What do I do
