swollen clit

hi okay so i’ve seen this posted about before but i think it’s from rough sex and i just need the reassurance

last week i had sex and the next day i was kinda bleeding which isn’t extremely abnormal. i noticed that it hurt a little to pee but i was like “oh just dehydrated.” my clit has been really bothered lately, but i didn’t know if maybe i wiped too hard or what- anyway i looked in a mirror today and it’s swollen on just the left side. i think it’s the hood part? tomorrow will be a week after the sex. should i be worried? please help
