Being a nurse and pregnant

Hi all, anyone in here a pregnant nurse for the NHS? I’m 24 weeks today and have been told I should be taken off face to face work from 28 weeks. I’m a community mental health nurse and can’t see this happening as I have a very challenging caseload. However, I want to know my rights and how I can protect me and my baby. Thanks in advance xx
