Conception question

If I got a super positive opk.... and had ewcm the day of that and the day after along with my ovulation pains. Is it possible to get pregnant 5 days after that positive opk? I'm assuming I ovulated the day of of day after the positive opk. You're most fertile before ovulation correct?
