Just thought I’d share this for science and in case it’s useful for anyone. I had a miscarriage at 8.5 weeks then an ultrasound to confirm everything passed. This is how my hcg dropped and what my OPK’s were doing. You can see how my false positive OPK’s start fading out as the hcg cleared, then I actually got a surge and ovulated (also tons of EWCM) 4.5 weeks after my mc which was just before the hcg totally cleared out of my system. I guess you CAN ovulate with a tiny bit of hcg left in your system. Also note, these are OVRY tests which are way more sensitive than other cheapie brands, they have a sensitivity of 10 mIU/ml (close to FRER sensitivity which is 6.3 mIU/ml).
