Implant bleeding! Help

So I’ve been on the implant for awhile now almost six months and I’ve been bleeding ever since I was supposed to get my period afterwards, your supposed to wait three months after and if you are still bleeding your supposed to go and ask for the pill for a few weeks to stop the bleeding, but I’ve waited a lot longer and am now scared to go or even call the doctor I have severe social anxiety and have panic attacks often in public and with it being covid I had to go in by myself to get the implant and be asked the questions (bearing in mind I was newly sixteen when I got it) I’m just so afraid of what they’ll say to me or if they’ll look down on my for it I don’t know what to do..
