How much does your 16 month old boy weights?

My son weights 23 pounds and I’m trying to make him gain at least 2 more pounds but he’s been a difficult eater 😭 he eats and spits most of his food out he prob eats one entire meal without spitting it out.. I have been adding once upon a farm pouches through the day so he gets more calories in and veggies. Also he has a dairy allergy so he’s on Oatly full fat.. all day I’m offering him food and most times he takes one to 3 small bites then starts spitting it out. Any suggestions? When he was an infant on breast milk and baby food he was so chunky 🥺
