Please help.

Any insight would be helpful. The cycle days on the app got screwed up somehow. I’m on CD 45. I took Femara at the beginning of this cycle and never got my period or a positive opk until recently. My doctor did an ultrasound on CD 14 and I had no mature follicles. pregnancy tests have shown negative.
