When to put crib together

Our bedside crib/bassinet came in and I’m eager to put it together. I’m 36 weeks, is it too early or??

When we bought it, so the cats got used to it and so it didn't smell "new" anymore.

Nope. My baby came at 37 weeks 5 days but I had some bad cramping on and off from 36 weeks on. You never know when shit might hit the fan lol.

Mine has been half done for a month now...I can't seem to click things into place and hubby hasn't done it either lol...but crib and swing and dresser are all ready and dresser filled clothes washed and hung up...just the pack in play/bassinet needs to be done lol...we had a scare on Monday so kinda a good thing it's already other than that. I'm 33 weeks but my last growth has 2 weeks more so I could be 35 weeks. 3rd baby

I put bassinet up at 15 weeks and crib up at 28 weeks lol

I just put mine up about a month ago… my daughter was 3.5 months old at the time 😂 honestly we still haven’t used it. It’s just expensive decoration. 😅 I did however set up a bassinet at about 30/35 weeks. Again she’s used it, like 5 times. She sleeps with me.

With my daughter I built hers when I was 32 weeks. With my son I put it up at 20 weeks because I wanted my daughter to get used to it and adjust to the change.
