Sharing with family & friends!?

Hey July 2022 mummas! 
As we are all so early on in our pregnancies, I am keen  to hear about when/how many weeks, you are all planning to share the big news with family and friends? 
Also how you are planning to do it!? 
I’m thinking of just keeping it between my husband and a close girlfriend and then doing a big surprise at Christmas for our families but still not sure!

I was thinking telling my family/close friends on Thanksgiving, hoping everything turns out fine my first prenatal appointment which is on Nov 16, but not going publicly until maybe xmas time.

We are thinking of a sweet Christmas reveal as well… if we can wait that long! It’s so hard to contain being SO excited and wanting to scream it off the rooftops! Lol

I live overseas from my own family, so I’m still unsure how or when to tell my family (but maybe Christmas???) but we’re probably going to tell the in-laws at New Years. We wanted to wait till second-trimester to announce it, but also just want to get the announcements done in one big go???

Same we are thinking Christmas unless somehow it needs to come out prior too that. I have a 2.5yo so I hope this first trimester is smooth like it was with her.

Planning on Christmas reveal. Some of our family is back in NJ while we are in FL. So we plan on telling my family who is here on Christmas Eve, my husbands family who is here on Christmas Day, and everyone else via FaceTime.

My best friends and my assistant teacher know. My mom and sisters and in-laws but we don’t announce publicly till 12 weeks

We told our parents and siblings straight away pretty much. Had to be done over FaceTime as my family live in a different country and my husbands family live in a city too far away just to pop round. I had bought my husband a little baby onsie that says “hello daddy, I can’t wait to meet you” and I asked my/his family if they wanted to see the present and showed them that plus a clear blue digital that said pregnant 😝 needless to say they were very surprised and it did take them a min to work it out 😂

Our lives are pretty intertwined with my mom's and his parents', so I told them on Saturday. 
I've been pregnant several times and I always get pretty unwell early on in the pregnancy. I've often needed help because of this and it's a lot easier on me to tell the truth rather than worry them that something is really wrong. 
After all, telling them I'm dizzy because I'm pregnant and need to rest is a lot better than them worrying about me not going to the doctor over mystery dizziness. 
I also have a history of loss (1 live birth, 5 pregnancies) so letting my loved ones know early means I won't have to grieve alone if the worst happens again.
So yeah, it depends on you, really. If this is your first, the ball is totally in your court.

I’m planing on telling everyone around 16 weeks or so. Closer family after the 12 weeks. I don’t have any big announcements planed just telling family and posting it on social media
