Lactation after miscarriage ?

I was 6 &1/2 weeks pregnant and had a miscarriage on oct 20th. Now today I started having milk out of my boobs and I’m confused as to what is going on. Anyone had this happen??

I did! Doctor said it's rare in first trimester miscarriages but it happens. Let your doctor know!
