Noticed this on my skin tonight

I realize in the picture they look like freckles, but I'm not a red head. My freckles are brown and only come out when I'm outside for a long time. I have some of these spots on my forehead and on both of my cheeks under my eyes(my finger isn't pointing at anything, I'm just pulling down cheek so the spots are more visible)

If more show up or they just don't go away in a week I'll head to the doctor, but in the meantime, I just want to know what some of y'all think
