Start of pre-eclampsia?

26 weeks and 2 days. Yesterday I went to the hospital because of some dizzy spells and I noticed a slight slow down in baby girls movement yesterday. I went to labor and delivery.  My blood pressure was high but finally came down to 139/76 before leaving and my urine was in the "gray area" in regards to pre-eclampsia. The doctor is hoping it was just a fluke. I did have high blood pressure with my son who is now 5. So I think I panicked and it made it worse. 
Is there anything I can do to not become pre-eclampic? (If that is what it is)

I don’t know if there is much you can do to prevent it. Taking a baby aspirin daily does help with blood pressure though so that may help. I take one daily for a clotting disorder and I had gestational hypertension with my first

Unfortunately there is absolutely nothing u can do to prevent preeclampsia.I’m currently in the same position,Ive high BP/Borderline BMI/Swelling in feet/legs & face etc.It was mentioned to me at my 24 week check up & im now been monitored more.I’ve cut out salt hoping it will help my BP & resting as much as possible.There was no protein showing in my urine at 24 weeks but unfortunately it has slightly appeared.I’ve another check up tomorrow which I’m preparing for at the moment.My midwife already told me not to be expecting a February baby as she wants to try & get me to 35 weeks & take it from there.Thankfully baby is doing great with fantastic movement
