Actually yes, on occasion I do. And I know it's a toxic trait, and it is exhausting. But my husband would rather I check his phone and find nothing rather than have my thoughts eating me up! (I have intrusive thoughts about everything) I always tell him I wish I wasn't like this, but I'm lucky to have a understanding husband
