Can someone help me

I got my nexplanon removed Oct 13. Never had a period while on it

I had sex logged days. The days shown as “period” as day that I was spotting brown blood (looked like old blood)

Nov 4 i was feeling weird so I took a pregnancy test

It was a faint positive (first morning pee) but I wasn’t sure if evap so I took another later that day, second said positive after 7 minutes. digital said Not pregnant, so tonight I took a Walmart brand pregnancy test and it said negative so I was wondering if I should just wait a few days/weeks to test again or if I’m pregnant or not idk. We’re TTC.

I haven’t had a period in over a year so it’s not like I can wait till my missed period cause idk when that would be
