When to start the “every two days” sex binge

Hey everyone, just wondering when is the right time to start the ‘every two day’ sex period while trying to convince. I’m worried that every two days will miss the windows if I start at the wrong time? Do you start as soon as you period finished in hopes to not drag the process and when do you stop if you’re going by just the Glow calendar?? Thank you in advance, I love this chat!!!

even if you're generally regular i wouldn't assume the glow calendar is accurate. if you're only going by the app I'd try to have sex frequently the entire cycle outside of bleeding.

If you plan to only go by the glow app, and not confirm or track with ovulation tests and temp, then I would have sex every other day beginning from the day after you period until the end of your cycle. The app only gives a prediction based on the information logged into it. The more info, the more accurate it is. If you are only logging your period, and not temping/using opks, the app could be completely off. I would say grab a $10 pack of ovulation tests on Amazon, or have sex every other day throughout your cycle to ensure you don’t miss your window. Prayers and baby dust✨✨

My fertility Dr said every other day starting on CD9 until CD 25 will give best chances. Unless you test with LH then you can stop after Ovulation
