I don't wear bras anymore. It took a few months but my breasts are actually perkier and filled out more now that I don't wear bras and let them hang naturally. I couldn't have done this when I was a DD+ though, I'm a steady B cup now

You arent saving yourself any millimeters of "sag" by punishing yourself every night wearing a bra to bed. Your boobs are gonna do what your boobs are gonna do.
