Orgasm headache

I’m 35 weeks pregnant, haven’t had sex with my husband for the past 3 months due to my Bump. Recently I have been masturbating but during or after I orgasm I get a massive headache. I did some research and I read about orgasm headaches. I feel too shy to speak to my doctors as I’m so close to giving birth. Has anyone else experienced this ? I’m really wired about any underlying issues I may have? I never had these headaches before while madtirbating or having sex. I hope it’s a pregnancy thing and goes away after birth. 😭😭😭 the headaches I get is massive and doesn’t go away for 8-12 hours.
