Ubiquinol During Pregnancy?
Hi all! I’ve been taking Ubiquinol twice a day for years now to improve egg quality. I feel like it worked well as we got great results after our last egg retrieval. Anyway I am now pregnant and wondering for those that take Ubiquinol did you continue to take it throughout pregnancy or stop and why? And how much did you take?
