Time is almost here and everyday I think about me pushing out my baby girl and how it will feel it makes me scared can you ladies give me advice

I’ve pushed out 2 babies, both deliveries were unmedicated. It was intense and yes, there’s pain, but it is a pain that ends. It’s amazing how quickly you feel like yourself again once it’s all over. Try to stay calm and breathe into your contractions. Stay mobile as much as possible, different positions felt right at different times during labor and I was happy I could move whenever I wanted to. It really helped to have a strong partner in my husband. He massaged me through 2 labors and breathed with me through the contractions. Ask for the mirror when you’re pushing. It’s wild to see a little person coming out of you, but seeing the head coming out, then receding really gave me the motivation to push harder! Remember that our bodies are made able to to do this amazing thing. It’s big and scary, but your body knows what to do, listen to it. I was pretty anxious near the end of my pregnancy with my first, but when my water broke, a calm came over me. For me, the lead up to labor was scarier than labor once it started.
