I NEED HELP PLEASE

I am unsure if I was expecting this time but ..i have pressure in vag canal and cramped yesterday and began brown spotting.. Now its a little heavier still brownish but with a red tinge.. Could someone please lmk if its okay or did I miscarry? I have had 2 late term losses (2010/2011)
